Juristic person

 
    The juristic person representative arises by virtue of law, regulations or established institutional instrument. The juristic person representative may be a single person or more according to law. Regulations or established institutional instruments will be defined. However, under section 70 paragraph one of the Civil and Commercial code legislate that “juristic person must have representative at least one or more according to law. Regulations or established institutional instruments will be defined.” Each type of juristic person shall have a juristic person representative acting as the person who act on behalf of the juristic person. Generally, it refers to a person who is a juristic person as shown in the following table.

Registered Ordinary Partnership If nothing has been agreed between the partners as to the management of the business of the partnership, such business may be managed by each of the partners. However, if a partner is appointed as a managing partner then it will be as such. (Section 1033, Section 1064 (5) of the Civil and Commercial Code)
Limited Partnership A person who is appointed as managing partners
(Section 1078 (6), Article 1087 of the Civil and Commercial Code)
Company Limited All company directors, not only authorized directors (Section 1144 of the Civil and Commercial Code)
Public Company Limited All public company directors, not only authorized directors.

Association All committee member
(Section 87 of the Civil and Commercial Code)
